Bridgend General Hospital/GNC pair of Nurses Badges.

A pair of badges awarded to the same nurse for her training in Wales during the 1960s and 70s.
The first item is a base metal badge for Bridgend General Hospital.It features a Lamp of Learning at the centre of a voided cross.Around the border on Blue enamel is Bridgend General Hospital and Gorau Golud-Iechyd ,which in Welsh means Best Wealth-Health.Good general condition with some wear, pin clasp and safety roller catch are all good.Scratched on the rear is D P L Moule Feb 1972.Height 32mm
The second item is a chrome and enamel General nursing Council for England & Wales badge.This is named to DPL Moule RMN 42711. SRN 449573 30.3.72 Condition is good with pin and clasp intact, safety chain in situ.
