Scottish Borders,Peel Hospital Silver Enrolled Nurses Badge

A sweet silver and enamel nurses badge from Peel Hospital at Caddonfoot in the Scottish Borders.The design features a white St Andrew's cross on a green background topped by a lamp ,above a scottish thistle.The hospital title appears on a red band around the edge.I believe the green background denotes Enrolled Nurse training as a blue background version also exists.Condition is very good however it is missing its pin..Hallmarks for WJD (William James Dingley) Birmingham 1963 Height 27mm
