Nuffield Orthopaedic Hospital Prize/GNC Badges group

A set of four badges awarded to the same nurse for her training in the 1960s and 70s, including a 9ct gold prize badge. This lady did her Orthopaedic nurse training at the Nuffield Orthopaedic centre in Oxford and the first badge is hers, engraved to VA Gregory. She was also awarded the Agnes Medal, the badge in 9ct gold which also features the Centre's coat of arms, the two shields of Oxford(Town and University) with a rod of Asclepius between them. Good condition to both.Gold hallmarks for .375/9ct London 1968
She went on to complete her General Nurse Training at Guy's Hospital and the third badge is based upon the earlier Guy's Hospital Nurses League badge (The separate shield is loose on this and can swivel)
Lastly is a General Nursing Council for England & Wales chromed Hygeia badge,This is engraved to VA Gregory. SRN 450002 4.4.72.
