A rare two piece Silver hallmarked buckle for the Belfast City Hospital.The central design features a crest, possibly of the Hospital above a scroll with the latin phrase"In Dolore Solacium"-A comforter in Pain.To the top is another scroll with Belfast City Hospital.From this central disc a series of rays emanate outwards.Condition is good with clasp and belt loops intact.Silver hallmarks to the rear ROR London 1991.Width 67mm height 64mm
