St Thomas' Hospital ,Silver Radiotherapy Badge

A silver and enamel badge for what I understand is the Diploma of the College of Radiographers(Radiotherapy) awarded by St Thomas' Hospital London.
The Badge features the crest of St Thomas' with SETRREC which I think is for South East Thames Regional Radiotherapy Education Centre.(If anyone can confirm that would be appreciated)
In good condition with pin, clasp and safety roller catch all good.Makers name for Fattorini Birmingham.Named for Catherine D Blaydon DCR(T) June 1990 Silver Hallmarks for TF Birmingham 1989 Height 33mm
