Another of these popular LCC Silver & enamel badges from the 1930s.This is for the Lambeth Hospital,which was located at Brook Drive Kennington. It was,by 1939,one the three largest Municipal hospitals in London with some 1250 beds ;See ;http://ezitis.myzen.co.uk/lambeth.html
The badge features the LCC crest upon a silver roundel within a blue enamelled cross. The enamel on the cross is very good .The LCC crest is intact.The pin and safety catch are intact and the badge carries hallmarks for 1931 and makers marks for Fattorini & Sons.Height 30mm
