Kings College Hospital Nurses League, silver nurses badge with GNC

A pair of badges to the same nurse for her training in the 1950s.the first is a silver and enamel badge from Kings College Hospital Nurses League.This is the pre 1972 version, it features the coat of arms of the Hospital, the crown and lion from the Royal Crest, the book symbolising Learning and the motto"Sancte et Sapient"-Holiness and Wisdom.In good condition with pin clasp and safety roller catch all good.Hallmarks for JRG&S Birmingham 1951.
The second item is a chrome General Nursing Council For England & Wales badge.This is engraved to M A Lloyd SRN 181155 2.4.51. This is Margaret Anne Lloyd who is shown as having trained at Wingfield Morris Orthopaedic Hospital Oxford combined with Kings College Hospital.
