Queen Victoria's Jubilee Institute for Nurses,Outdoor uniform Bowler type hat

Another scarce item from my collection, this one being a black felt Bowler type hat, It has a black ribbon and to the front a bullion wire badge bearing the VRI of the Queen Victoria's Jubilee Institute of District Nurses.In very good condition.Hat band is marked Eggerton Burnetts Wellington Somerset.(I believe the premises burnt down in the 1950s)
