A silver and enamel nurses badge from the Wigan & Leigh School of Nursing.The circular badge features a green enamel border with Wigan & Leigh School of Nursing around the edge.To the centre is a shield divided into 3 sections with a Prince of Wales feathers,a shield and stork and scroll respectively in each.Condition is good with only minor nibbles to the enamel.Pin and clasp good.Silver hallmarks for Vaughton & Son Birmingham 1971. Engraved SEN to rear but name has been erased.
