Queen Alexandra's Royal Naval Nursing Service,World War 2 era Tippet

A rare original wooden Tippet/Cape for the Queen Alexandra's Royal Naval Nursing Service. The blue/black wooden cape is edged with a red border and trim ,with red woollen lining and cross straps.The inside has an original faded makers label for Egerton Burnetts of Wellington Somerset, and a 44 size label. A more recent printed label has East Wing N C Steele ( presumably a later user) A hook and eye fixing are present at the neck. Some minor wear and fraying to the edges but no major damage or sign of moth.
The embroidered rank badge is for a serving sister and bears a Kings crown.
I shall also be listing a matching uniform dress and lightweight cotton Tippets from the same source.
