Queen Alexandra's Royal Naval Nursing Service,Uniform items,Dress,Shirt, Apron, Etc

A selection of uniform items for the Queen Alexandra's Royal Naval Nursing Service from the 1950s.
They consist of a navy blue cotton dress with the top being lined with white cotton.It has both button and hook and eye fixings. Good overall condition with minor age related wear but no major holes or Moth damage. Label for Boyd Cooper, by appointment to the Queen.
Two separate collars in as found condition.
A white collarless shirt,rather grubby but otherwise I reasonable condition. A white cotton apron in reasonable condition but some fraying to edges. Also two red woollen cuffs and a pair of elasticated sleeve protectors
