A rare QEII period full size Tippet Badge for Queen Alexandra's Royal Army Nursing Corps.
The open work design features the Danish Dannebrog cross with an A for Alexandra in the centre.Around the edge is the title.This is topped by the Queens Crown which is suspended from a red,white and blue silk ribbon.
Condition is very good with crisp detailing and minimal wear.Ribbon is good with pin back suspension good.Hallmarked for JRG&S(J R Gaunt & sons) Birmingham 1954 Drop 95mm
