A white metal and enamel badge for the Croydon General Hospitaldating to the 1950s.Consisting of a Cross Pattee,backed by a large wreath of Laurels.At the centre it bears a shield with a blue cross on a white background, around which is the title Croydon General Hospital.The medal hangs from an ornate pin back suspension bar, with pin and clasp intact. Condition is good .The rear is engraved for R Spackman 1948-1951.Height 45mm
