St Giles Camberwell Hospital, Nurses Prize pair of badges
A pair of badges awarded to the same nurse for hr training in the 1920s. The first is a bronze pendant badge for the St Gils Hospital Camberwell.It features the crest of a wounded hart and abbot's crosier representing St. Giles, patron saint of Camberwell, to whom the parish church is dedicated. In good condition it is named for L A Sargent 1929.
The second is a silver version of the same pattern .also in good condition ,it is engraved For Nursing Efficiency 1929 L A Sargent.
A nice early prize pair.
