An ever popular Silver plated belt buckle presented to those nurses qualifying from the Westminster Hospital in London.It features a central motif of the Portcullis design of the nearby Palace of Westminster.This is edged by a rim of oak leaves.This is in a generally good overall condition with some minor surface scratches and minor wear to the plated finish.
