Kings College Hospital , silver nurses badge

A silver nurses badge for Kings College Hospital London.It takes the same shape and form as the original Kings College Hospital Nurses League badge which was introduced in 1924.It has the lion above a crown on a book with the motto Sancte et Sapientur -with Holiness and with Wisdom . This version however has the green border and is in silver,.Good overall condition with pin although clasp is missing so it is not wearable.Hallmarks for JAW & Co Birmingham 1930.height 30mm
This may be a companion piece to the GNC badge 54484 to E H English who trained there, however I am unable to guarantee that although they did come together.
