Edge Hill College of Higher Education,School of Health Studies,silver Nurses badge

A nice silver and enamel nurses badge from the Edge Hill College of Higher Education, School of Health Studies prior to it becoming a university in 2006.It absorbed the former Sefton School of Health studies and this badge has the old Sefton badge at its centre on a red rose of Lancashire.This is in a pale blue colour, so possibly for Midwifery or Mental health training ?Good condition with pin and clasp intact, if slightly squashed.Minor enamel chip to bottom edge.
Named for E M Sefia 1997 .Silver hallmarks for V&S (Vaughton & Sons) Birmingham 1993 Height 31mm
