A silver and enamel badge for the North Derbyshire School of Nursing which was based at Chesterfield.
The badge features the coat of Arms of Derbyshire topped by a caduceus with the entwined snakes.It is also flanked by a number of Pomegranate fruits, a symbol of fertility and regeneration.the red enamel border bears North Derbyshire School of Nursing.Good condition with pin clasp and safety roller catch all good. The reverse has had the name and inscription ground away.It bears hallmarks for Fattorini & Sons Birmingham 1975
