A silver and enamel nurses badge from the City General Hospital ,Sheffield.It features a silver Geneva cross edged in blue enamel with a symbolic Nurses lamp of learning in the centre.The title City General Hospital Sheffield appears on a circular blue enamel scroll.Condition moderate with some loss of enamel to the blue border.Pin looks to be a replacement,clasp and safety roller catch are all good. Engraved to rear to B Ward October 1951. Silver hallmarks for Fattorini & Son,Birmingham 1949.height 31mm
