The badge features the coat of Arms of Derbyshire topped by a caduceus with the entwined snakes.It is also flanked by a number of Pomegranate fruits, a symbol of fertility and regeneration.the blue enamel border bears Royal Hospital Chesterfield.Good condition with pin clasp and safety roller catch all good. The reverse is unnamed.It bears hallmarks for Thomas Fattorini Birmingham 1967
