Poplar Hospital, Silver Nurses Badge

A large and heavy Silver Nurses badge for the Poplar Hospital (previously the Poplar Hospital for Accidents.)The design features the distinctive Dockyard gates directly opposite the Hospital(which provided many of their patients).This is the one of several different versions of the badges from this hospital .
It is Hallmarked for TAB & Co( T A Butler & co), with the year letter for 1960.Very Good condition with only minor surface scratches, pin and clasp intact .Engraved for M C Tingling 1.10.1951 Another rare and collectable item.Height 42mm
