Cardiff City Council Llandough Hospital Silver Nurses Badge
A rare silver and enamel nurse's badge for the Llandough Hospital Cardiff in it's original box(albeit somewhat distressed).The pendant badge is in excellent condition with the dates 1933-1936 engraved on the bar.Pin and clasp intact.Hallmarked for 1936,named for Nurse E Blackman.Makers James Waker Ltd. This comes in it's original box which is badly damaged as pictured.

Vale of Usk HMC,Silver Nurses Badge Pen Y Val Hospital
Previously the Monmouthshire Asylum,Pen Y Val Mental Hospital in Abergavenny closed down in 1996.This silver nurses badge dates to the 1950s and is in good overall condition with only minor surface scratches to the enamel.Pin & clasp are intact but bent.Silver hallmarks for Toye & Co of London,dated for 1951.Engraved to I.
